Nico Abbruzzese
Managing Director

Nico Abbruzzese is responsible for Kineo’s strategic vision and management. Nico is passionate about brands and creative technology and utilising digital marketing to deliver on companies’ vision and business objectives.
Nico brings to Kineo over 12 years of digital marketing experience. He is focused on generating accountability and removing the guess work out of marketing through solid analytics insight and consumer centric strategies. Nico has worked for some of the largest worldwide networks including Ogilvy, RMG Connect and STW as Head of Digital Strategy and has a strong background in consulting, marketing and advertising.

Rob dePinto
General Manager

Rob’s role is designing and executing digital strategies for clients. Rob ensures all strategic work and initiatives are underpinned with data and analytics enabling Kineo to deliver a measurable return on every project and campaign.
Rob has 11 years of experience in eCommerce, marketing and brand building with digital technologies in Sydney, San Francisco and New York City. Rob’s experience covers all aspects of business building, from strategy, to branding, product development, and the sales and marketing of products and services in digital channels.
Rob is internationally awarded for developing new business models and processes using digital technology and holds a US patent for a behavioural targeting algorithm.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Queensland.

Kristi Barrow
Head of Data & Analytics Strategy

Kristi Barrow is an experienced marketing professional with a deep understanding of digital strategy and a wealth of experience in consumer online marketing. At Kineo, Kristi advises clients on setting their digital strategy to utilising data to meet business objectives. Kristi’s specialties include search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimisation (SEO), web analytics, display advertising and measuring marketing ROI.
Most recently, Kristi held the position of Marketing Director, Australia & New Zealand at Expedia Inc. the world’s leading online travel company. Kristi’s experience heading up marketing for Australia and New Zealand at one of the world’s leading eCommerce retailers, has given her great insights into the digital landscape.
Kristi holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney and is a Certified Practising Marketer (CPM) of the Australian Marketing Institute.
Jon Bovard
Senior Digital Strategist

Jon’s role at Kineo is to analyse and optimise digital operating models to maximise the efficiency across multi-channel marketing activities. Jon seeks out cutting edge strategies to increase conversion, acquisition and retention across all digital channels for Kineo’s clients.
Jon brings over 9 years experience in online marketing and has extensive capabilities in eCommerce retailing and digital marketing. Jon’s experience includes over 6 years in the European eCommerce market working with NET-A-PORTER.COM, a luxury multi brand e-tailer based in Europe and CoutureLab, the exclusive Luxury eCommerce destination based in London.
Jon holds a Bachelor of Business, with major in Marketing and eCommerce from the Queensland University of Technology.
